Ingredients
- 1 head (or 4.5 ounces) of Butter Lettuce
- 1 cup of summer squash, peeled into ribbons with peeler or mandolin
- ½ cup fresh green peas, steamed
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ avocado, thinly sliced
- Optional dressing: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, ½ Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, ½ Tbsp Lemon Juice, Dash of salt & pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients in large salad bowl. Enjoy!
